Five
Support
iPhone app for starting when starting feels impossible.
Write to hello@fiveapp.fi and a person will read it. There is no ticket system and no bot.
Where is my data?
On your phone, and nowhere else. Five has no account, no sign-in and no server — nothing is uploaded, so there is nothing to recover from us if a phone is lost. Settings → Export data writes everything Five holds to a file you can keep or move yourself.
I subscribed and Five still asks me to pay
Open the paywall and tap Restore. That asks the App Store directly, which is what a new phone or a reinstall needs. If it does not help, check that the device is signed in to the same Apple Account that bought the subscription.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Manage subscription, which opens Apple's own subscriptions page — the only place a subscription can actually be cancelled. Cancelling leaves your record untouched.
The prices will not load
That is almost always the connection: prices come from the App Store rather than from Five. The paywall offers a retry. If it persists on a good connection, write and say which country your Apple Account is in.
I used Five before it had a subscription
Then you keep it, permanently and for free. It is automatic — if you are being asked to pay and you had Five before it had a price, that is a bug, and it is worth writing about.
Something is wrong, or something is missing
Say what you expected and what happened instead, and include your iPhone model and iOS version if you have them to hand. If it involves your record, Settings → Export data produces the file — but read it first and send it only if you are comfortable doing so. It is your record; support does not require it.
